SDEA Engineering Solutions is a specialist engineering consultancy providing high-end thermal and process engineering services. From heat exchanger and reactor design to thermal systems optimization, pressure vessel engineering, and complete process equipment design, we support our clients across the full lifecycle of their industrial equipment and installations.

Since 2015, we have delivered over 30,000 engineering hours across more than 500 projects for international clients spanning Nuclear Energy, Steel & Metallurgy, Chemical Process, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Food Processing industries. Our portfolio includes large-scale cooling and condensing systems, industrial waste treatment facilities, thermal equipment for combined cycle power plants, heat recovery systems for steel production, distillation columns, reactors, evaporators, and custom-designed pressure vessels.

Our multidisciplinary approach combines thermal engineering, mechanical design, and process expertise with rigorous project management. We work closely with EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, and end-users to deliver turnkey solutions—from conceptual design and engineering calculations through detailed fabrication drawings and on-site support.

Every project is executed to the most demanding international codes and standards, including ASME BPVC Section VIII, EN-13445, PED 2014/68/EU, and industry-specific requirements.
