Access to all pages and domains on this portal is free of charge and anonymous, except in those areas where, for security reasons, the user is asked to register before access.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

Access to and use of the services contained on this portal are voluntary and entail the full acceptance of the general conditions of use expressed in this document.

Nonetheless, SDEA states that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the correct operation of the portal and to prevent the existence and transmission of virus and other items that might be detrimental to the user. SDEA can not guarantee the accuracy of its contents nor their continuity, and reserves the right to unilaterally make partial or total changes or alterations to them, as well as to interrupt or suspend access when it considers appropriate.
The relations established between the user and the owner of the portal will be governed by the stipulations of the regulations in force concerning applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
