Access to all pages and domains on this portal is free of charge and anonymous, except in those areas where, for security reasons, the user is asked to register before access.

Applicable Legislation
The relations established between the user and the owner of the portal will be governed by the stipulations of the regulations in force concerning applicable law and competent jurisdiction. Nonetheless, for those cases in which the regulations envisage the possibility of the parties submitting to jurisdiction, SDEA and the user, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Justice of Vigo. In any case, the regulations of the Spanish Legal Code will be applicable.
